Salute to All and happy Holidays! I hope that all of you get to spend quality time with your loved ones and that you cherish the opportunity to make beautiful memories. 

Merry Xmas, Happy Hanukkah, & Happy Kwanzaa to all. Celebrate being alive with one another on this day, at this point in history. There is a reason that we are all traveling through life together at this moment. There are things we have to learn from one another and to teach one another. All lessons are valuable, even the painful ones we would rather avoid. Its all part of the growing process. Right?

I especially want to thank all of the volunteers who reach out to prisoners all over the world, who have not forgotten our humanity, who see our value. 

I’m grateful to all of those  who don’t use our lack of freedom to walk on us, while acting like they walk with us. My prison is made of stone but it’s no more restrictive than prisons built from addiction, illness, heart break, hard heartedness and greed.

My hope for all of you is the same as that which I hope for myself, continued strength and perseverance in our efforts to Be who we Are in the light as in the dark.
