While posting allows me to go into detail about legal matters that are extremely technical we will soon be bringing you live posts or recorded audio on a weekly basis, or maybe even more often than that.

I know what some people think that people in prison have an abundance of free time.

Some do but I don’t.

Labor is a privilege and it keeps us sharp. In here I’m known as someone who works harder than anyone else when it comes to regaining freedom and, as important, acquiring the knowledge that will allow me to advocate for humanity as a whole in the areas that intersect with law.

You’ve heard how all roads lead to Rome? Well, all roads lead to law in one way or another, for better or worse. The same system of laws that takes freedoms, property and that bring death can also be used to liberate, to create tangible and intellectual property and to preserve, protect and even give law. Law governs all things.

Right now we’re working on something for those of you who have been victimized. There are Constitutional rights that some, if not all, states given victims. In N.C. our Constitution gives victims nine or ten rights and those rights are also codified in our laws.

There are also laws that allow victims to be compensated. We want to inform you all on how to utilize these laws and resources.
